Do we scan junk mail?
No. In fact, we shred all obvious junk mail. We don’t waste your time and money with unnecessary scans.
What does “unique suite number” mean?
Your unique suite number is a number that distinguishes your business from the other business that also use our mail forwarding service. Essentially, your unique suite number is the same as your business having its own physical location in an office where many businesses operate at the same time.
To get a unique suite number, you need to order either our Deluxe or Premium Mail Forwarding Service or our Virtual Office Service.
Can you get physical mail sent to your business?
Yes. If you’d like a piece of physical mail sent to your location, you can select the option for a forwarding request inside your online account. Forwarding a letter is $9 plus postage, and forwarding package is $12 plus postage.
Can you order mail forwarding as a stand-alone service?
Yes. You can order mail forwarding in conjunction one of our other services, like Registered Agent or Business Incorporation, or on its own. If you’re a sole proprietor, ordering mail forwarding by itself may be a great solution for your business.
Can you use your mail forwarding address for your Amazon business?
You can use our business address for Amazon verification. However, be aware that we cannot process product returns, so you probably don’t want to use our business address as your product return address.
